Hal,
I noticed other others had posted this hotfix, but in my case she was using
IE 6.0 and had not upgraded to 7.0 and I was not sure if applied to my
situation. We removed Word as her editor and switched her to plain text and
she was happy, so that is good enough for me right now.
Thanks for recommendation.

The e-mail message header does not print when you try to print an e-mail
message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook
Express

This is somewhat along the same lines as Chris'. I have a user that whenhe
receives html formatted emails, the TO:, FROM:,All
and SUBJECT: fields do not print. I have not tested what Chris is doing.
other plain text and rich text formatted emails print fine. To workaround10/1,
this, I click on Edit > Edit Message then Format > Plain Text, the emails
print out fine.
There must be a way to fix since it isn't practical to expect users to go
through these gyrations just to print an html email.
Printing is sent to an HP deskjet 5650 desktop printer connected via USB.
User has "Use Word as email editor" checked. XP SP2 with updates as of
Office 2003 installed with SP2 not SP3.6.0 )

Outlook 2003 ( Updated )

Users clicks on 'New' to bring up a new message. Types in an email
TOsubject and body of message. Then selects print preview, the message is
previewed but is missing the header information. ( NAME then the FROM,
7.0SUJECT ect ect. The body of message shows the text as expected. )
I noticed a number of posts regardin shrink to fit after updating to IE
and hot fix. Would upgrading to IE 7 solve the problem?
Thanks in advance
