Printing an HTML formatted message in Outlook 2003.

When printing an html format email I get the following message:-
"Please open this HTML message to print it".
Is there a fix for this? (I have seen a number of other posts along
this line that have received no adequate answer yet).
When you select more than one HTML message from your 'sent items' for
isntance, you get no error messages! This is a real pain to have to
constanly open a message just to print it.
I paid large amounts of money to buy licences and upgrade everyone in
the office to Outlook 2003, but when I try to log the fault with MS
support online - it says that I am not entitled to free support!!
I don't want this to turn into an anti MS rant, but is it really too
much to ask that you be able to get some sort of support for a product
which does not work the way it should?
NB - I have all the latest patches for both Windows XP and Outlook
2003.
Thanks.
