Re: Outlook 2000 - Cannot print html email

It doesn't sound like your problem is with the actual automation but with
just the printing itself. First, be sure you are up to date on your Service
Packs, should be SP3 for Outlook as well as up to date with Internet
Explorer. After that try the following articles:
