Printing out of Outlook 2003

Has anyone experienced this issue ... If I do not have a preview pane active
and I right click on an e-mail and click on "print", or if I click on File
and then print, or even if I click on the print icon, I get the message
"Please open this HTML message to print it". What is causing this? How can I
fix it? I run Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP1. Exchange is 2003.
