Suppressing Display Name while printing in Outlook

I'm using Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2000. Does anyone know of a way
that I can suppress the Display Name (user name) at the top of certain emails
when printing them out? I don't want this suppressed for all emails, but
would like to be able to turn this feature off and on. Any suggestions or
ideas would be greatly appreciated.
