I had this problem as well. I think the problem lies with Outlook 2003.
One of my users allowed some one else to setup an Outlook profile on
her laptop. After the other was done using it, the original user
switched back to her profile. But every time she printed out of her
inbox, the others users name was on the header.
I went in to see if the other profile was completely gone, it was.
However, I noticed she wasn't using Cached Exchange Mode. After
checking that, and a restart of outlook, the right name now appears in
the header.
I guess I would try that. Make sure you are using Cached exchange
mode, this could explain why the time and month are wrong...Is the
person able to work offline with the updated emails?
