I have a customer using Office 2003. If he prints a
message sent to him in HTML format it will print the
sender, receiver and the date on the bottom of the page.
However, the rest of the page is blank, even the message
shows on the screen. It prints fine in Rich Text or
normal text format. Any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
