Unable to set default printing style in Outlook 2000

Ive got a user running Outlook 2k SP3 on Win2k SP3. They
have admin rights to the box, but when they try to set the
default printing style from landscape to portrait she gets
the error: This feature is not available because you do
not have permission to save system settings on this
computer

Anyone have any ideas?
