RE: Outlook 2003 and Plain Text Problems

Hi. I am having a similar problem, except that mine has to do with receiving
messages (since I send to groups too, I may have the same problem as below in
sending as well, but haven't tested that). I just installed MS Office 2003
and set up Outlook to download messages from my MSN mail account. I'm running
Windows XP home ed. Am using Word for my email editor.
The problem is this: All my mail is coming into Outlook in plain text,
though when I go to MSN mail, it is arriving there in the original HTML
formatting. This is true of both the groups and the individuals I receive
mail from. I was using Outlook 2000 previously, and I did not have this
problem; I was, however, using a different ISP to download mail from. Since I
do pre-press designwork, not being able to receive in HTML is a real problem
for me.
The "receive in plain text" box is unchecked, and I have no clue as to how
to remedy this. Help would be very much appreciated!
