Thanks but the tool didn't seem to work the way it was explained unless I
missed something it's screens were totally different than the instructions.

I just set up outlook to work with Yahoo Plus Mail Servers. I can receive
messages but am unable to send messages. Have tried all the port settings
but
still recieve the Unable to send test messages please verify e-mail address
field. One other thing I noticed is that when outlook is trying to
send/receive it's trying to send 20 items that don't appear in the outbox.
Not sure what these items are, could be from the old mail account?
The undeliverable messages that don't appear may be read receipts from an old
