Outlook 2007 won't initialize. Worked several months ago.

Hello all,
Outlook 2007 won't initialize. By choosing the search for online solution,
there is a second or two pause then nothing. Not even getting to Microsoft.
Internet connection is fully functional. The Details are below.

It was working on this laptop computer 6 or 8 months ago, but has not been
needed since then. Now it is needed and won't go.
