See if this helps:

I have an end user who is using Outlook 2003 and was using IE7 as her default
web browser. She changed her default web browser to Firefox and now when she
tries to open links in an email, it prompts her with a "Save as" window
instead of opening the link. Is there a setting that can be changed so that
it will allow links to open with Firefox?
