RE: Mircosoft Office 2007 Confige Problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi Bob
Thanks for responding so quickly. Yeah let me know how uninstalling and
reinstalling works for you, this is quite the pain in the rump because I use
MS Word for school and it has to go through configuration for about 10
minutes before I can even begin a document :(

Thanks

Hi Keli

No I haven't got it fixed yet. I was hoping someone on this forum would have
the answer, but so far no luck.
I'll probably delete it off my machine, reinstall Office 2000, then try
installing 2007 again since it's an upgrade.
I'll let you know how things progress.
Take care and good luck with your issue.

Bob,
I'm having the same problem every time I start office Word. Have you found
any fixes or tips on how to fix this problem??

I recently installed MSO 2007, every time I start Outlook (or other MSO 2007
programs) its starts the Configuration process. If I cancel the configue
process then Outlook opens right up. I have tried running repair numerous
times but it hasn't helped. I've also gone into MSCONFIG and disabled
everything, still no luck. I know the configue taskes place the first time
you start the program, but not everytime thereafter. It becomes a pain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
