If you have a POP3 acct, it will only download the messages that are
in the Inbox from the web mail interface. I do not believe Yahoo
offers IMAP service for their email accts. If you want the messages
that Yahoo automatically places in its Bulk folder.
You have two choices:
1. Turn off Spam/Bulk Mail filtering on the webmail interface. So
that all your email messages go into the Inbox, where Outlook will
retrieve them.
2. With Outlook closed, go to Yahoo Mail interface. Select the
messages from the Bulk Mail folder and Copy/Move to Yahoo Inbox. Then
open Outlook and download the messages into Outlook's Inbox. If you
want to leave the messages on Yahoo, you need to make sure that you
set the Yahoo acct in Outlook, to leave messages on the server.
There's another option as well. Yahoo can be configured to include the Bulk Mail folder in the download, but flag the mail as [Bulk]. Examine the mail options.
