Right. The only question is what is the problem with the DC? I ran ldp.exe
from my desktop to DC1 and made sure I could see the Address lists, and they
showed up. So its not a problem with LDAP queries.

I'm guessing its something with the configuration of the network and DC1.
can't access the GAL or knows it by a different name - something along those
lines.

I'm trying to configure a rule that will move a message to a particular
folder when it comes from a user in a specific address book. I have
the
rule
configured, but am having trouble getting it working. All other rules
work
just fine (at least the ones I've tested).
What happens is if I check the connection status (ctrl + right click
the
Outlook Icon in the System tray) I notice that i'm pointing to DC1
(PDC,
Global Catalog, RID, Infrstructure, and all DC's in the domain are
GC's).
If
I click reconect, and the directory connections change to DC2 and then
run
the rule it will work but any time i'm pointing to DC1 the rule will
not
work.
We are running Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2003.
Hope someone has a suggestion as I have no errors or indications that
anything is broken on the DC.
Thank you very much in advance!
