I just realised that the same html email message was send to 2 users,
1 user with xp & outlook 2003 and another user with vista and outlook
2003. The user with xp and outlook2003 had no problem viewing the
mail

Like I already said, Outlook 2003 on Vista has a problem. Change the Windows version or the Outlook version and the problem goes away. Is that hard to undersatnd?
