Hi Brian,
I just realised that the same html email message was send to 2 users, 1 user
with xp & outlook 2003 and another user with vista and outlook 2003. The user
with xp and outlook2003 had no problem viewing the mail and could see all the
recipients in the "to" field. However the other user using vista and outlook
2003 see the "from" and "to" field with the same email address making it as
if the recipient is in the bcc field. In actual fact it was the same email
msg that was send to both users with both their email address stated in the
"to" field. Hence for the vista user how did that message end up as mention
above with the contents of the msg showing html code. Is there a solution to
this? Thks in advance.

Yes i am using vista.
Will the problems be solved if i install outlook 2007?
Outlook 2007 shouldn't have the problem on Vista.
