Re: unable to read certain html mails

Hi all. I have a user using outlook 2003 and she has problems reading
certain html mails from a particular sender. Instead of getting a
proper html mail, she would get a plain text mail showing all the
html language and mail headers. She has no problem reading other html
mails. The html mails that she has problem reading were also send to
other users who have no problems reading them. I have checked and
found her outlook has not enabled the option "read all standard mail
in plain text" under email options, hence reading html mail should be
fine. Hence is there any settings that i need to check? Thks in
advance.

This is on Vista, correct? I'd wager the messages were received via Bcc. That's a known problem with Vista/Outlook 2003. Microsoft is trying to find the reason.
