Re: Add-in

I tried reinstalling Outlook. No luck. I contacted Avery and here is their
answer --

We apologize for the inconvenience. ProWrite is a 3rd Party software and is
not supported by Avery; Avery Dennison provides product template dimensions
to many software programs for their use, and we do not offer support for nor
guarantee templates by such companies.

ProWrite/Nereosoft website has been removed since March 2007, that we have
tried contacting them but no response received; it seems that Nereosoft is no
longer in business We suggest downloading and using Avery Wizard 3.1, if your
MS Outlook is still working;

If you have your mailing list saved in another database, we suggest using
Avery Wizard 3.1 as long as database format is supported by Avery Wizard 3.1

We suggest you to contact Microsoft for assistance in un/reinstalling MS
Outlook or for other solutions for Operating System-based problems . We also
suggest you to also file a complaint with Better Canadian Business Bureau
(www.ccbbb.ca), in case Nereosoft is still in business.

Any other ideas?

Thanks for pointing me toward Avery. Unfortunately everyhing I have tried
has not worked. I unintalled the Avery add-ins. I reinstalled the Avery
add-ins. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007. Still get the
message.
I did a search for the file but did not find it. Any other ideas?
