OK, you downloaded the .TXT file from the web site, saved it, but couldn't
change .TXT to .REG?

Well Hal this fix did not work It also suggested that I download a
registry
key I tried that however it was text in notepad I tried to change the ext.
however registry would not accept I do believe that I am missing that
registry key when I went into regedit I could not find .Any other ideas
