Hello,
I have had the same problem with the Outlook Message of
"sbcmsync.dll." I have tried going to the Add In manager to delete
the outlook sync, but that option does not appear. I have tried many
other suggestions found on microsofts website and still I cannot get
rid of it. Does anyone have any other solutions?
thanks
SBCMSYNC.DLL is the Small Business Customer Manager Included with
Outlook 2000 but not outlook 2003. If Office 2000 CD#2 is installed you
need to re-install in maintenance or repair mode and select the option
to run locally on your PC to get it to work.
See KB article listed below if you need this function.
As we do not need or require this function I remove it.
From the toolbar click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then clickOK.
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SBCM.ADDIN.1
With the Sbcm.addin.1 key selected, press DELETE.
Quit the Registry Editor.
SEE MS KB 235009
