That's terrific, thanks very much: I'm sure I'd never have worked that
out (and believe me I've been trying!)
I cannot believe how much hassle it's been to reinstall the identical
version of Outlook while retaining all my settings - nothing else on the
entire computer has caused me any problems at all. With Outlook I've
had the above problem; also an incredible amount of hassle reinstating my numerous user accounts - I found via googling that the only way round that was to import them into Outlook Express then reimport them (singly) back into Outlook. Unbelievable. Why can't MS sort this out?
