Brian,
You need to Use the POP incoming as the POP3 Incoming mail server information.
Then you need to use your ISP as your outgoing SMTP (whoever that is, not
necessarily the POP outgoing). It is confusing at best. That should take
care of it.
Then remember you may have to set up rules after that to get the mail to POP
into that a/c too.
I am finding other issues setting up my pop a/c with folders and all the
subfolders, depending on which a/c I have popped. Outlook is a powerful
program!
