Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



What the article has to say about WindowsXP applies to WindowsNT. This is a
security issue, a "Standard User" cannot install the software, an
"Administrator" can. Make this user a member of the local machine
Administrators group and the installation will work.
