Click Start
Settings
Control Panel
Classic View (if not already enabled)
Network Connections
Find and right click on your dialup connection
Select properties
Click Options tab
Untick the following:
Prompt for name...
Prompt for phone...
(You can leave the show progress enabled if you'd like.)
