what do i do when error code ( ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\ )comes up?
That's not an error code, but instead looks like a CLSID from the registry. Can you post the entire message, also including your Outlook version and exactly what you're trying to do when the eror occurs?
