any one know how to add the dutch language pack to outlook 2003

does any one know where i can

1)download the dutch spell checker\language pack for outlook2003
2)install the above product onto outlook

i have tried downloading files that claim to be the said language packs for
2003m but when i go to install them it cannot install because it has the
wrong version,,ie outlook xp.....

any help appreaciated
