Your "ISP" ( Internet Service Provider) is the source of your access
to the Internet. The people you pay for access. Call their Support
number, and ask them for the names of the POP3 and SMTP servers they
want you to use for email. Make sure you write them down, and ask
them to spell the names out for you.

Usually, when you sign up for an Internet Service, they provide you
with a letter containing all this information.
