The Send/Receive groups doesn't reference folders. It references accounts. Doesn't your gmail account show up there? The folders in the wizard are yuor delivery location folders and you can have only one set of them for all your POP accounts. Both your regular and your gmail account deliver to the same Inbox. If you use rules you can then sort the incoming gmail messages to another set of folders.
