Hi!
Glad to see it applied to your case and worked!
As for the actual question, this registry setting basicly says "Whenever you
log on the domain, do not change the default email account (transport order)
even if Small Business server if telling you to".
It does not do any other action than that and I have not seen any weird
behaviour. I have been using it for full 3 months now.
