Re: How to set up export to include Distribution Lists

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am new to Outlook 2003. Sorry, I did not see the thousands of posts you
referred to in my many hours of searching the many databases available.

When you say "copy and reused the data file" I assume you mean copy it right
within the Outlook 2003 Contacts section. If that is so, what happens if
something happens to the hard drive? It has been my habit to selectively
save data that I use and update regularly. Does that mean the sensible user
would always be updating the entire hard drive to a peripheral drive?

I did not know multiple postings are prohibited. I would not do that again.

Thank you for your help.
