Scott thanks for your input and it may be that you are in the right area
however I am not sure. I have recently changed from a small P2P XP network
to client server network running Windows Server 2003 small business server
which is a packaged deal including Exchange Server, however I have not
attempted to set up the Exchange Server. When I activated Outlook 2003 I set
up my pop accounts with my isp directly the same as it was set up in Outlook
Express. However my primary reason for activating Outlook 2003 is because
everytime you log in on a workstation with Express running you get a warning
that there is no default email client so something in the system wants
Outlook 2003 not Express which may mean that even though I haven't set up
Exchange Server it may be in the loop. If that is the case I need to know
what and how to to change settings on a server that shows a state of services
not running
