outlook shortcut folder import to new computer

When importing my files from old hard drive to new hard drive (both on same
computer) it brought all folders and files from the 'Outlook Shortcuts' but I
cannot seem to import the folders and files from 'My Shortcuts' and 'Other
Shortcuts.

I appreciate any help with this.
