Why would you want the servers to be knocked down? In most cases, the
servers being used are innocent captives of hackers who sell them to
spammers.

One day, one of those servers might be YOUR ISP's email server. Then
you will complain to them about not getting your email.

Some people just like to complain, I guess.

By the way, Outlook does not do server-side filtering. All it's
filtering happens AFTER the email is downloaded to your computer.
