JT - can you provide any additional info on what MS told you? We are facing
a similar situation where they are using Postini and don't want to confuse
the users by giving them yet another place to look thru spam mail.
I think I can see why it will be a bear, since masking it won't be enough.
If some user is monkeying around in Tools|Options and changes the settings,
I suppose stuff would just start dropping in there and they'd have no way to
go look.
Anyway, anything you can foward on from MS would be helpful, even if it's to
present the "it can't really be done well" case.
