Hi Jim,
so NIS means Norton Internet Security.
Add Ins are in TOOLS OPTION OTHER ADVANCED OPTIONS ADDIN MANAGER
disable the Norton Internet Security by clicking the option. If you dont
have an Add in install, be good.
Outlook needs Ports to send / receive mails.
The Port Numbers are 25 and 110. So you have to configure your NIS so, that
Outlook can send and receive.
