Do you have both Office XP and Power Point 2000 on the machine now? If you
have installed everything you want -- go to the Office Update site and get
all the updates it suggests. Apply the Office 2000 patch first (to get
PowerPoint updated) then apply the Office XP service packs. When you are
fully updated, Outlook should work properly.
