Re: archive won't work after office 2003 installation

there appear to be a number of problems using old profiles in Outlook- we
recommend creating a new as the first step in troubleshooting. Go to control
panel, mail and add another profile. Don't copy or delete the existing one.
See if the problem is corrected by the new profile.
