Outlook 2003 stopped working

I was using Outlook 2003 for several months without a
problem. Now all of a sudden, it stopped working. When I
tried to get in, it would bring up the initial window, but
didn't display any folders or anything else. Then it
errored out telling me it couldn't open the folders. I
uninstalled and re-installed Outlook 2000 and that works
fine. The rest of Office 2003 is working properly, but I
can not get Outlook 2003 to work at all. We've rebooted
our mail server, and that didn't fix the problem either.
Some of us were on Outlook 2000 and some on 2003, but the
reinstall of 2000 fixed the problem. A reinstall of 2003
does not. Since this was limited to only a few users, we
can't figure out what is happening. Everyone else is
working without problem.
