Outlook 2002 & Personal Filefolder Backup

I had an operating system system crash and had to
reinstall the operating system. Then I reinstalled Office
XP over the old installation, how when I start Outlook I
get a message that the outbak.dll is not valid. I tried
to reinstall Personal Filefolder Backup and I get a
message that the install source is not available. How can
I fix this?
