You may have to change the default newsreader to OE in the IE settings for
Programs and then reboot to get back the News command. I'm not sure about
the cached mode command. You could try to reset the menus and then reboot
and see if that helps. To reset select Toolbars in customize mode and select
the Menu Bar and click on Reset.
