Just an additional note to my last response: I manually added the entry to the registry, but it only disabled the 3 "Add Sender..." and 1 "Add Recipient..." options under Actions | Junk E-mail. It did not disable "Actions | Junk E-mail and Actions | Junk E-mail | Junk E-mail Options.
