Using Outlook with Terminal Services

Hi - I am using Terminal Services with Windows 2K Server. I have about 30 users. However, there are 3 users on that network who, whenever they open Outlook, get the following window popping up saying that Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. Tell microsoft about this problem and then all the technical reports etc which are sent to them.
I do not know why only those 3 users are having a problem. I have checked to see if the Outlook is pointing to the correct location and it is!
I really need some help as I am losing my mind!@!!
