Have you tested outlook's junk filter without using rules? My experience
with GFI' Mail Essentials (using the default filters) is that all mail
marked as spam by GFI that really is spam is moved to junk mail folder when
using the High setting. Outlook is doing a very good job - its catching a
lot of spam that gets past spamassassian rules too.
