Office Outlook not working all of a sudden???

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Tried opening my office outlook from task bar as usual - opens for a split
second AND all of a sudden closes on its own with no error messages or
anything - just closed in 2 seconds (flickers on then shuts off automatically
??) - I checked for changes saying there was modification yesterday evening
.... had computer since 2007 - not problems until now - any ideas - thank you
in advance!!!!!! HELP
