thanks Gordon,
our Email addreses are name@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
i seems that its only old emails that appear in my inbox in this strange
manner, such as email dated last month arrived today with information in it
of new and old content.
It has to be a Vista thing or Office 2007 playing with me...
i thought someone out there must have been experiancing a simular issue.

Are all your email addresses in the form of "name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"?
