Since you are paying Comcast for their ISP services then support is
included. So call their tech support to get help. You could also use
their Live Chat page (but they'll likely just give you the URL link to
their web help pages that you could have already taken the time to go
visit yourself).

POP server: mail.comcast.net
Port: 110 (non-SSL connect)
995 (SSL connect)

SMTP server: smtp.comcast.net
Port: 587 (non-SSL connect) *
465 (SSL connect)

* I have been able to make SSL connects to port 587 for SMTP but
sometimes they get rejected. Their techs claim that Comcast has no SSL
connects for SMTP yet their web help pages mention using port 465 (in
their articles about connecting while traveling).

Username: The same one you use to log into their webmail page for
whichever of the 7 accounts you can create with them.
Password: Yep, the same one you use when logging onto their webmail or
account pages.

SMTP authentication: Enable
Optional: you can have it reuse the POP login credential but I prefer
not relying on the SMTP session not being too long after the POP login
and instead just reenter my login credentials for the authentication.

You need to define a POP account in your e-mail client. Comcast doesn't
provide IMAP e-mail accounts. In the advanced properties of the e-mail
account that you define in Outlook, decide if you want to "leave
messages on server" (default is to delete after retrieving them to keep
your mailbox cleaned up) and if you want to delete them after N days of
retrieving them and if to delete them when you delete them from your
Deleted Items folder.
