Same here - running Outlook 2003 on Vista. I don't get "blocked" in the link
but an error message
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your network adminstrator"
Tried changing all my security settings in both IE 8 and Outlook but no
effect.
It has only just started happening (lat couple of days or so) so I asume its
some sort of Vista update?
