Re: No "categorize" option when I right click on a message - Outlo

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Diane,

Thanks for clarifying the editor issue - good for me to know.

Between Follow Up and Mark as Read there is nothing in between - no
categorize.

? - weird right - not sure if it's relevant but I don't want to leave
anything out - I have the BCM version.

Outlook 2007 only has one editor - it uses word.

What commands do you see when you right click?
This is what you should see -

(except for auto-mate and maybe send to onenote)

2007 - sorry - put it in subject line but it got cut off.

I'm pretty sure I'm using Word as the editor - but forget how to verify
that.

I am not connected to an Exchange server (not sure if that's relevant).

I do not have a Categorize option when I right click on a message.
I've
tried adding the categorize option to the toolbar but it is not
available
as
one of the options when I go to customize the toolbar - it appears in
every
other window (calendar, tasks, etc.)

Any ideas?

Thanks!
