Public Folders Question?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

We are running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 on the backend. We have
public folders setup, one of which is a calendar type folder. We have this
odd reoccurring issue with this folder where it seems to randomly duplicate
entries. One of my users called me this morning and said that not only had
it duplicated a number of entries but that it was now removing them one at a
time, she said she could see the item count clicking down about 1 per second
or so. I have yet to experience this issue so it's real hard for me to
troubleshoot but it's been going on for a number of years. Any suggestions
as to what is happening here or how to troubleshoot or correct it?

Thanks in advance,
Linn
